Epiphany of the Senses

I am a cookbook junkie so I was very excited to discover three of my favourite food bloggers are having their cookbooks published!

The first to be published is Nancy from Spicie Foodie, have a look at her website and you will see the all the beautiful tasty food she produces.  The cookbook features all new recipes.

Her book is out now and is called “An Epiphany of the Senses.” It is full of exotic spices, delicious flavours and gorgeous images. I have ordered my copy of this gorgeous book already and I intend on featuring a recipe or two as a bit of a teaser.

The next two cookbooks that I am waiting to be released are due out mid next year. They have been written and photographed by Rasa Malaysia and Not Quite Nigella.

Not Quite Nigella

Lorraine from Not Quite Nigella creates dishes that are not only a taste sensation but visually amazing also. She has a talent for recreating dishes in a modern sophisticated manner and her food styling is absolute perfection.

Rasa Malaysia specializes in authentic Asian cuisine. I have made quite a few recipes from her site also, and they have all been delicious.  The most memorable dish for me was the Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork). The flavour of this dish stays with me even today, it was like nothing I have tasted previously.

All three of these lovely ladies are fantastic cooks, writers and photographers.  They have a talent for taking the most luscious looking food images. Their food styling and dramatic use of lighting creates images that make you want to eat and cook.
