Breakfast In The Beds

Port Macquarie

Breakfast in the Beds

Breakfast in the Beds

Experience this organic market farm, harvest the freshest of produce, pass it to the chef and have it prepared and served for breakfast!

On arrival, you’ll be served tea or coffee with a pastry followed with a walk through the market garden, orchard, poultry run and bulk production plots with hosts Andrew and Therese talking about their sustainable farming activities and the challenges and successes that they have experienced while establishing Near River Produce throughout the past six years.

Whilst roaming about the farm harvest produce for breakfast – think poached eggs, served with freshly picked spinach and asparagus, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Bread will be sourced from a local bakery and the bacon will come from pigs raised in the valley.

The Chef will then prepare the bounty accompanied with a glass of sparkling white wine served to guests in a marquee erected in the garden.

This Breakfast in the Beds will end with tea, coffee, some local cheeses and Near River condiments, and an opportunity to purchase from the quality range of Near River produce and preserves.

Time: 9am

Location: Near River Produce, 1466 Pappinbarra Rd, Hollisdale NSW 2446

Cost: $40 per head
